Jordan Ficklin, CW21 is the watchmaker for Cincinnati Watch Company and Cincinnati Watch Repair. He has been working in the watch industry for more than 20 years and is an AWCI certified watchmaker of the 21st century, a WOSTEP graduate, and has received the title of Specialist in Fine Horology from the Fondation de la Haute Horologerie.

At Cincinnati Watch Company, we operate a complete watchmaking workshop with a full-time watchmaker. In this workshop we assemble all of our watches as well as complete repairs on a wide variety of watches from other brands past and present.
Before joining the Cincinnati Watch Company, Jordan Ficklin, CW21 was the Executive Director of the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute where he oversaw training and certification of America's independent watchmakers.
Throughout his more than 20 year career in watchmaking he has obtained training from Rolex, Omega, and other brands and has achieved the title of AWCI Certified Watchmaker of the 21st Century and FHH Fine Specialish in Watchmaking. He is the author of Electrical Test Values for Quartz Watches and has published articles in Horolgical Times, Make: Magazine, and Professional Watches
