A refreshing take on the overdone field watch style

Fit and finish is excellent for the price point. Enjoying the crisp mechanical movement with very bold seconds hand. Texturing on the dial in sunlight is very nice. I really appreciate the specific aviation heritage and the watch truly is faithful to the design of the P-40s cockpit clock. Oh, and the good quality bracelet is the icing on the cake.

Detailed Elegance

The watch is gorgeous - it is easy to see the Guild is a purposeful desing with attention to detail. This is a watch company I will continue to support and am excited to purchase from in the near future.

Wearing this watch has been a pleasure!

Wearing this watch has been a pleasure. Great quality. Keeps better time than any of my other mechanical watches. Works with a lot of straps and easy to dress up and down. Highly recommend!

Love the watch

Really think the colors contrast each other even though I'm not a Chicago Cubs fan. Great finish and very accurate really enjoying my purchase.

This is my second watch from Cincinnati

This is my second watch from Cincinnati. Both are well made, keep very good time and where shipped quickly. I have come to prefer manual wind watches like this one. I spend too much time working on my computer and not moving my arm enough to keep an automatic wound-up - they usually stop after 3 or 4 days unless I manually wind them.

Beautiful watch, I am delighted.

Smash cut visual!

This watch speaks clearly and immediately. It has a very crisp appearance that is far sharper in its effect than the photos might suggest. The black and white contrast is stunning, and will make this a timeless (excuse the pun) classic in appearance. It will look both both new and authentic rather than trendy for decades. If you are drawn to it in the pictures you will be even happier with it up close. The dial is actually several concentric layers (I.e. NOT simply printed). The hands are a relatively unique slender design, and the metal pairs perfectly with the case. The long reach of the hands draws the case and concentric contrasts of the dial together nicely. The tactile quality of the wind is satisfying. The neo-art deco aesthetic means you can put a nicer deployment black leather band on this and it will dress like something multiple times its cost. Excellent price point for this piece that makes it an appealing choice when you put it up against the sub $1000 field, and I would have chosen it over any number of major brands at twice the price. The local/heritage appeal is strong for this. I was lucky enough to be able to make a point of pulling off the highway to buy a Cincinnati Watch Company watch in downtown Cincinnati. The maker is indeed local, and the regulation report in the package is hand written. The watch wears comfortably on my very small wrist, with a thickness that draws no attention. In part, this effect is helped by the relatively flat lug curvature that keeps it close. This seems like a perfect example of what can make a micro-brand so appealing. And yes, supporting local quality and style is a great thing to be able to do, especially when it is so affordable and so beautiful at the same time.

Beautiful Watch

I have had almost a month to wear my Cincinnatus White. It is beautiful. I love it!

Love the watch! Beautiful

Love the watch! Beautiful dia!!

Beautiful Timepiece

Love it! Beautiful timepiece. Glad I found this great watch company. The packaging is even top notch, along with the personalized Certificate of Quality Assurance!

Great watch

This watch is a real eye catcher. The finishing on the case is excellent. The movement performs you would expect a regulated Swiss movement to. I can’t believe that Cincinnati Watch Co can offer a product of this quality at this price point. I will be looking at their watches in the future and will definitely acquire another!

Nice watch

Nice watch. Very good quality for the money with a regulated SW210 elabore movement. Dressy but not so much that its unwearable anytime.

Great watch, recommended

Great watch. Appealing design, premium feel, perfect size, and reasonably slim. I saw no deviation in timekeeping over a week of wearing. You'll probably want to replace the band, but if you like how it looks online, you'll like this on your wrist.

Please Make More!

Super cool. Would love to own one

Another stunner from Cincinnati - Union Terminal

I had no idea how relaxing a 2-hand watch could be. Then, I got this. I've only had it for a couple of days, but, wow!, what a difference. This embodiment is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is impeccable and the finish is just SO clean. The size of 38mm is perfect, the thickness is actually 10.4mm. Thanks again to Cincinnati Watch Company - this is my second watch from them (other one is B&W Guild).

Can't wait to see the new models when they come out!

Shockingly nice!

This watch is very well made, keeps great time and has the classic good looks I was looking for. I have watches that cost a lot more that are not as accurate. Best value in the watch world in my opinion.

Awesome watch

Very happy with the watch

My Second Watch from CWC. I’m Surprised!

My collection has many watches and some from the same brands. Is there really that much difference between a Submariner and a Sea Dweller? How about the little difference between a GMT and an Explorer II? Not much. The major brands repackage their watches, make a little change, and presto - a new watch.

At Cincinnati Watch Company, their models are really different. My first watch was the Desk Diver, a fun spoof on a Submariner. After that, I liked the looks of the Concourse, but as afraid that I’m duplicating my first purchase. Not so! They are so different in style and substance, that without the branding, I would have thought the watches came from two different manufacturers. Both are well engineered, have the form of the intended purpose, and have great style. The one thing they have in common is great timing. I’m observing +1 second per day.

I’m extremely happy with both watches. Who knows, I may get a third!

Good strap, no bars

The canvas strap was decent, little disappointed for the price that quick release bars were not included.

P-40 A-11

Great look. Ties back to the flight clock perfectly. Well made. Thin. Hand wound. Great lume. Perfect size. Unique but familiar. Winner.

Black and white guild

I always read up before buying a watch. Admittedly, online reviews are either really good or really bad, with lots of caveats, while at no time giving an accurate picture. I own Farer watches, EPOS watches, Henry Archer, Studio Underg0g, one Longines Spirit, and now this Cincinnati Guild watch.

With those brands of watches you can see my price point - less than than $2.5k. I target the movement, country of origin, and the history of the timepiece, then I find a face of theirs that I like, often leading to no purchase. I like what I like. That's my methodology.

I was quite reticent to purchase an American made watch (because I'm an American) but in this case the movement is a Swiss SW210, and installed into an American case performed by what used to be the Gruen Watch company. There's a wonderful and rich history to explore!

Apart from being a little on the weighty side, I find no flaw in design or execution. The dial style is very old-timey. The dial color way is snow white with a black hour track, no date, numerals like my EPOS Timeless Retro watches, and lume on the hour/minute, nowhere else. The complete thickness is 10.39mm (measured).

The packaging is on the lean side, which doesn't deter me from another purchase. I don't store my watches in the original packaging anyway. It rides a little high, even though the thickness is ~10mm because the bezel is larger in diameter than the caseback but this also fine to me.

Lastly, I suspect I'll need to regulate this as it is already running 8 seconds slow. This also in not a deterrent to an avid watch wearer. O really this was a wonderful and surprising purchase. I'm already planning another hand wound watch from Cincinnati.

Fantastic watch

The build quality is superb, texture on the dial is fantastic, and the bracelet is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. Well worth the money.

Beautiful Watch!

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She loves it! Love knowing the history behind it. Thanks so much!
