Created in partnership with Richter & Phillips Jewelers, the Captain is our take on a military officer's watch. The watch is very slim on the wrist so it can be worn with formal attire, but still rugged enough to be worn outdoors.
The silver colored dial has a beautiful sunburst texture that comes alive in the sun and features large Arabic numerals 1-12 along with small numerals 13-24 and a prominent minute track on the outside.
At the heart of the Captain is the Automatic Sellita SW300 movement, renowned for its reliability and accuracy. This self-winding movement ensures that the watch keeps perfect time, allowing you to rely on it for any occasion.
The watch features a silver dial that exudes elegance and sophistication. The green glow-in-the-dark numerals provide a touch of modernity and functionality, allowing for easy readability even in low-light conditions. Complementing the numerals are glow-in-the-dark hour and minute hands, ensuring that you can tell the time effortlessly, day or night.

CWC is just hitting it out of the park with their locally made time pieces. This one is a conversation piece with a lot of character. A collaboration with one of the most storied local jewelers, this R&P Captain is a future piece of Cincinnati history. And it's not just the watch itself, but the packaging and certificate it comes with clearly show it was hand made with care and the pride of craftsmanship. The only reason I want to take it off is to see the internals spinning away through the rear sapphire crystal. After seeing mine in person, my friend went to the website and ordered the last one in the limited run. I'll be watching (pun intended) CWC's website regularly to see how they continue to grow and impress. Well done CWC!!
I love the look of this watch so much that I have worn it every day since it arrived! Everything about it looks incredible and the timekeeping is accurate per the Certificate of Quality.
Keeping excellent time, beautiful case work and striking dial, perfect retro size. Bracelet good. It is now my daily wearer!!
Bought this watch a couple weeks back, been wearing at any chance I get. I love the gray dial it catches the sun and makes it pop
I love this watch so much. Such a nice time piece. you’ll have to excuse me, but I removed the bracelet and paired it with a tan canvas strap and it looks so good. I’ve worn it every day since I got it. I’d highly recommend this company. I’ll be back for more.

A favorite collection, the Cincinnatus Field, is the perfect daily wearer.
A dive watch that lies low like a 70's sports car, and still can dive to 300 ft
Truly an amazing watch! Whenever I check the time I find myself lingering and looking at all the details on the dial. All the intricate details truly come to life in the sun!

Received my new Cincinnatus today. I am extremely pleased with it. If the regulation report turns out correct, then this relatively inexpensive automatic is chronometer accurate. This appears to be my new everyday watch. Thanks CWC.
I love the design and vision they had with the watchface and the lume is AMAZING, it is far better than a lot of watches and for surprisingly such a great price. However, the band is just not it. I get it matches the proportion with the thin watchcase but its just… ugly. I had to swap it with a NATO asap

The Cincinnatus field watch has a unique and interesting design language to it that stands out in a collection and also has (in my opinion) some really well-communicated messaging behind it. It's not a matter of "oh we named this watch after a historical figure from the Roman Empire" and calling it a day. No, the design of the dial does reinforce a vibe that harkens back to aesthetics and architecture from that era.
The specs on the watch are of course fantastic, construction is tight and precise, the bracelet design is good, and the case size is perfect for this type of watch. The addition of an automatic movement with a display caseback sold me even more on this watch. It's a wonderful addition.
I was so happy when this watch became available for sale once again. Not only does this watch look great, but it wears great too! If you are into horological history as much as I am, you will find that this piece and the vintage Pan American watch compliment one another perfectly! Thank you again to the fine folks at the Cincinnati Watch Company for making such a great watch at a wonderful price point.
An amazing timepiece and a tremendous value. So thin on the wrist and drilled lugs are a nice touch. The textured white dial looks great in all types of light. This is a clean and classy field watch that looks and feels awesome on the included bracelet or a strap. Lume is bright and black hands really pops against the dial. If there is another timepiece out there with this fit and finish with a SW-200-Power+ I want to know about it!
